Summary
Kickoff 26 (“the app”) is an independent app that reminds you before your favourite nations play. We respect your privacy: we don’t require an account, and we don’t collect, sell, or share your personal information.
What stays on your device
Your choices — favourite teams, alert timing, notification on/off, and spoiler-free setting — are saved locally on your device (in app/browser storage). They are never transmitted to us or anyone else.
Notifications
Match alerts are scheduled locally on your device from your selections. We don’t operate push servers, and no notification data leaves your device.
Data the app fetches
The app downloads the public tournament schedule, results, and standings from our backend (hosted on Cloudflare). These are read-only requests and carry no personal identifier. As with any internet service, our hosting provider may process standard technical data such as your IP address and request logs to deliver and secure the service — see Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.
App updates (Android)
The Android app checks a small version file hosted on Cloudflare to let you know when a new version is available. This is a normal network request and collects no personal data.
Anonymous analytics, no ads
We keep anonymous, aggregate counts — total app installs, downloads, and page views — to understand how many people use the app. These are simple tallies with no personal data, no cookies, no profiling, and no third-party trackers, and they are never sold or shared. There are no ads.
Children’s privacy
The app is for a general audience and does not knowingly collect any information from children.

Schedule data is sourced from Wikipedia (CC BY-SA). Kickoff 26 is an independent, unofficial app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FIFA. Team names and tournament trademarks belong to their respective owners.
